At Kay-Billie-Klaer, we make quality education accessible to all families.
Application & Admission fees
There is a one-time only application fee for all classes (for more details contact our Admissions Secretary).
The application fee is required to start the admissions process and is non-refundable. This fee is to offset the costs associated with the application process.
We accept applications all year round as long as we have seats available. However, there is an additional fee for organising private assessments after the general entrance examinations day.

The admission fee is a one-time payment for all new students and must be paid in full after receiving an admission offer and before a student can start classes. This fee covers the costs associated with enrolling your child in our school.

There are no other fees connected with any compulsory part of the school’s programme. A wide range of optional activities are also provided free of any charge. The school does not charge a capital or building levy/fee.
The above fees include:

- Materials for practicals and teaching and learning materials
- Consumable worksheets and photocopiables
- All field trips as a part of the academic curriculum

Subsidised Fees for Ghanaians
There is an automatic subsidised fee for all Ghanaian students. This is applied automatically during the admissions process (for more details contact our Admissions Secretary).

The following discounts and rebates are available for continuing parents who meet certain criteria:
Early Bird Rebates***: 10% off Tuition if you pay fees in full before the previous term ends.
Sibling Rebates***: 15% off Tuition only for all siblings for families with 3 or more children.
